Let us agree on this: It’s hard to get in a good workout every day! Sometimes it feels like there just isn’t enough time. But really, there’s always time. It’s just up to us to use our precious moments wisely, to MAXIMIZE our TIME.
WE ALL MAKE TIME FOR THE THINGS THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO US!

Show yourself that you care enough about yourself, and your overall wellbeing, to MAKE TIME TO TRAIN UP!!
One way I’ve found, to still get in a good workout on a super busy day, is by doing it at the same time as I exercise my dog! It’s a fucking no-brainer! In fact, I find it hilarious that I never thought about this until just recently.
Here’s a simple 12 STEP QUICK WORKOUT you can do anywhere dogs are allowed off-leash, without any weights, bands or special gadgets. You WILL need *something you can throw, that your dog will chase after, unless of course the beautiful creature will just chase after you!
Finally, a super cool thing about circuits, like the one I’m about to lay down for you, is that you can make it last for as much time, or as little time, as you need, in order for you to actually MAKE IT HAPPEN!!
Let’s get after it!!!
1 –> Find a nice long patch of grass
2 –> Stand at one end and throw the *ball as far as you can
3 –> Race your dog to the ball & REALLY TRY TO WIN
4 –> Drop down and do pushups UNTIL FAILURE
5 –> Pick up the ball and chuck it as far as you can again
6 –> Race your dog to the ball and DON’T HOLD BACK
7 –> Drop down and do crunch variations UNTIL FAILURE
8 –> Pick up the ball and chuck it AS FAR AS YOU CAN again
9 –> Run after that ball with the same stoke as your creature
10 -> Execute explosive jump squats UNTIL FAILURE
11 -> Pick up the ball and chuck it as far as you can AGAIN
12 -> Repeat, beginning at #3, & continue UNTIL YOU CAN’T
Have fun with this and let me know how it goes! Obviously you can easily make your own version of this circuit, tailored to your own needs and fitness goals! If and when you do, please share!
TRAIN UP, then FUEL UP, so you can THINK UP!
Hope to see y’all at the park with your dogs!!!
