You don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen, or break the bank, to make DELICIOUS, NUTRICIOUS, & PRACTICAL meals that will fuel you through your wild days! Case in point, check that image above! I made that in 10 minutes! And it was fabulous!!
Long story short- I decided to spend a day taking every spin class at Mcycle, which is the dopest indoor cycling studio in Salt Lake City, and THEY GO HARD at Mcycle. So I knew I was going to burn an absurd amount of calories spinning in the 7 classes that were scheduled that day, and I knew what I had to do. I had to CARB LOAD!!!
Here’s the recipe for what I made:
Ingredients- 2 top 3 cups fresh pasta, several smashed garlic cloves, fresh spinach, baby tomatoes, a bit of cheese, coarse ground black pepper, salt, water, and olive oil.
Step by step preparation-
1 –> Put the pasta in a pot and cover with water
2 –> Add the garlic, a generous amount of pepper & salt, & circa 1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 –> Heat on medium/high, stirring occasionally, being careful to not break all the pasta and turn your meal into a big ball of goop
4 –> When the pasta is cooked, transfer it to your serving dish
5 –> Sprinkle/place cheese on top & add additional pepper
6 –> Add the fresh spinach & baby tomatoes
Time commitment: 10 mins.
Bon apetit!
FUEL UP, so you can TRAIN UP, so you can THINK UP!
